Les Beaucamps High School and Elizabeth College Junior School were victorious at the de Putron Challenge inter-island final held in Jersey.
The challenge brings together Year Six and Year Eight pupils to test their general knowledge, mathematics and creative thinking skills.
Initial quizzes are held on each island, with the winning schools then progressing to compete head-to-head in the inter-island final.
This year that took place at Jersey Museum.
In the Year Six final, Elizabeth College Junior School faced St Mary's Primary School in a closely contested match, finishing with 27 points to St Mary's 19 points.
The Year Eight final proved even more competitive, with Les Beaucamps High School and Victoria College neck-and-neck throughout most of the competition.
The decisive moment came during the history round when Les Beaucamps High School edged ahead by a single point. They managed to maintain this advantage to claim the championship with 27 points to 25.
