The Global Collection Festival is set to debut in Guernsey from 29 October to 2 November 2025.

This new festival continues the ethos of St James’ Global Collection Series, which has been established over the past three years.

 It aims to showcase a variety of talented musicians from both local and international stages, introducing audiences to a diverse array of music.

During the four-day event, a total of 16 international artists will visit performing their established sets and collaborating with local talent.

The festival will span multiple genres, featuring traditional jazz, songwriting and storytelling, modern jazz, and ambient electronic soundscapes, ensuring that there will be something for every audience member.

Notably, GCF’25 welcomes back popular jazz drummer Myele Manzanza, who will perform alongside current London favourites LVDF. Additionally, saxophonist Guido Spannocchi will be taking a break from the London Jazz Festival to perform with his Quartet.

Performances will take place in several venues, including St James’ Whittaker Hall, the new basement venue known as The Pit, and in the Café upstairs. Events will also occur across the road at the OGH Brasserie and Cocktail Bar, featuring special Jazz dinners and post-event wind-downs.

Day events at the café are free and accessible to non-ticket holders until 7pm.

Evening performances require a purchased ticket, which can be obtained via the festival's website. The culinary offerings will be prepared by Le Comptoir Guernsey, ensuring that food and drink are served with French flair.

The festival will host a photography exhibition showcasing live music photography. This exhibit will be available for viewing in the Dorey Room and throughout the venue.
