Eleven candidates have been nominated for the By-election in Guernsey.
They include ten independent candidates and one representing Forward Guernsey.
Six stood in the 2025 General Election.
The first nominations were submitted on 23rd March, with the remainder received by 25th March 2026.
The three earliest nominations came from Nikki Symons, proposed by Sasha Kazantseva-Miller and seconded by Susan Elizabeth Aldwell; Carl Peter Meerveld, proposed by Paul Raymond Le Pelley and seconded by Alex Luke Guilmoto; and Ross John Le Brun, proposed by Peter John Roffey and seconded by Andrew Mark Batiste.
A further eight nominations were received on 25th March.
Andrew William Taylor was proposed by Philip John Taylor and seconded by Mark Gideon Andrew Dunster. Sam Peter Haskins received backing from proposer Jason Brian Green and seconder Daniel Gian William Alderton.
Stephen James Rouxel was nominated with Justin Bellinger as proposer and Barbara Annette Stacey Minta as seconder. Rob Harnish's nomination came from proposer Catherine Jan Hall and seconder David Foulger.
Luke Graham was proposed by Neil Moore and seconded by Josh Le Cras. Julie-Anne Headington represents the only political party candidate in the field, standing for Forward Guernsey with Robert Shepherd as proposer and Sara Edmonds as seconder.
Jonathan James Wilson received his nomination from proposer Simon Matthew Le Pennec and seconder Jason Philip Williams. The final candidate, Tamara Menteshvili, was proposed by Yann Hentschke and seconded by Michael Callister.
